Laughing is good for our minds, body, and soul. A girl in my print making class told me the for three years she tried to not laugh because she has some sort of infection in her lungs and it hurt to laugh. One day she realized this was the reason she felt so unhappy and she started to laugh again. Luckily her lungs were doing better so she was able to now laugh with out it hurting.
My sister Ashley loves to watch hilarious videos about animals and people and the weird things they do. She finds these video clips on Pinterest and YouTube. When I lived with her in college the year before I got married I would here her at night laughing her head off while watching some new hilarious video. This always made me smile.

Social Aggression
My Childhood Experience and Social Aggression
I remember vividly as a child getting picked on by boys and my girl "friends". Social aggression is still happening with children today. This means that I will be able to have an effect on the rising generations and teaching my own children how to stop social aggression. I remember my mom writing letters to my teachers about how other girls were picking on me and that this needed to stop. I don't remember what results came from my mom doing this... maybe my teacher spoke to the girls and the girls mother's. I am not sure. It is so sad that bullying happens.
I watched a lecture put on by The Department of Family Studies for the Marjorie Hinckley celebration. Marion Underwood who is a psychologist, who teaches at University of Texas gave the presentation.
I am going to attach the link below.
Marion's lecture and research is amazing and has done so much to brighten my understanding of social aggression.
